Simple Spreadsheet is a free, browser-based cell editor that provides a familiar grid interface for organizing data. It requires no login, no downloads, and no subscription. Click any cell to start entering text, numbers, or labels. Your work is auto-saved to the browser so nothing is lost if you close the tab. When you need to share or archive your data, export the entire grid as an XLSX file that opens directly in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any compatible spreadsheet application. You can also print the grid with clean formatting.
Open the tool and you will see an empty grid ready for input. Click on any cell and type your data. Navigate between cells using your mouse or keyboard. The grid auto-saves as you type so your progress is always preserved. Use the Save as XLSX button to download the spreadsheet in a format compatible with all major office applications. Click Print to produce a clean, formatted printout of the current grid. If you want to start over, the Clear All button resets every cell in the grid at once.
